Director David Dobkin (CLAY PIGEONS) has been tapped to direct Spyglass Entertainment's sequel to SHANGHAI NOON, titled SHANGHAI KNIGHTS.

The film will have Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson reprising their roles from the first film, but the story will take place in turn-of-the-century London rather than the old west. This time, the oddball pairing must thwart a plan to topple both China and the Britain.

Disney will release the film which has a February production start date. Roger Birnbaum, Gary Barber and Jonathan Glickman will produce the film.
