Disney Discovers MISSING LINK

Walt Disney Pictures has bought Ron Friedman and Steve Bencich pitch called THE MISSING LINK.

The live-action family comedy is being described as "a monkey spy adventure in the vein of THE BOURNE IDENTITY." Bryan Brucks and ContraFilm's Beau Flynn & Tripp Vinson will produce.

The writers previously wrote CHICKEN LITTLE.

I see that Disney continues to cull high level concepts and talent to execute these well thought out plans. Somebody give me a napkin and I'll write up their next movie.

Monkeys work fo the screen Actors guild too. LOL! I guess that hasnt stopped Uwe Boll ...yet. hey I got it, We'll ressurect Ronald Regan with black and white stock footage from Bedtime for Bonzo, have him star next to Mathew Brodrick (Project X II: Monkey Spies) and get Pierce Brosnan to do the voice of the monkey!! FLING POO!!!
