Disney has inked an exclusive first-look deal with "Spider-Man" creator and producer Stan Lee and his production company POW! Entertainment.The multiyear contract calls for Lee -- whose film-friendly characters include the Incredible Hulk, X-Men, Iron Man, Fantastic Four, Daredevil and Silver Surfer -- to develop and produce all forms of entertainment for all Disney divisions."Stan is considered one of the most creative and inventive forces in the industry today," said Disney Studios chairman Dick Cook. Disney home entertainment prexy Bob Chapek was instrumental in landing the deal and will work closely with Lee on future projects.
