Huh...I find the Muppet movie interesting...going with the original formula can't hurt.

It will be interesting to see how they portray Walt Disney in Saving Mr. Banks.  Propaganda or iconiclastic? Or something else?

The Muppets sequel sounds almost very much like "The Great Muppet Caper."  Europe, international crime caper.... meh, I'll still see it with the whole family.  The last one was so good, I trust that Disney will see this one through just as well.

Mmmmm... untitled Marvel films... can't wait for more info!!!

Not Interested in anything Disney is showing lately.

If not because their relationship with marver, I would not bother at all watching any of their late movies

NAMOR needs to be in the makings already by Marvel. NAMOR

SarcasticCaveman 6/14/2013 5:13:15 PM

I would be down for a Namor movie...I have to wonder though, are his rights held by Marvel and Disney?  I don't know, just asking.  For one, he's often called Marvel's "first mutant", and he has ties to the Fantastic Four.  I wonder if Marvel or Fox holds his rights?

Soft spot in my heart for Submariner since he was one of my first (comics) back in 1954 / 55 (before there was a Marvel).

I could see the Prince Namor character in a lower budgeted niche film (like Blade) but not as the main character / headliner of a blockbuster.  In my opinion Namor is too far out there for the mass consumption by casual fans (required of a blockbuster). I wouldn't want to see them tinker with the mythology to make him more palatable for the masses but I guess that's a possibility (they're doing it with all the others).  Of course he could be a secondary character alongside more fan friendly Super Heroes like the Fantastic Four.
