Everyone knows all about the 10th,11th  Doctor. What they should do is create stories for the 8th Doctor.

Agreed! However, there are radio dramas of his adventures.

The Eighth Doctor radio dramas by Big Finish are outstanding. I highly recommend them. Although the TV movie was unpleasant in general, I think McGann was robbed of a great opportunity. I wish Russell T. Davies had started new episodes with McGann instead of Eccleston. I think "The Night of the Doctor" proved how well he meshes with the current series.

Anyway, I haven't picked up a comic book in years so I probably won't start because of this series. I hope those who do speak up about how good or bad it is.

I have been pondering the whole 12th Doctor thing for awhile. As a big Doctor Who fan I of course want the series to continue for many more years, in all sorts of media, but there is the whole Time Lords only get 12 regenerations. The Master has beat it by cheating, something the Doctor wouldn't due. So anyway an idea poped into my head the other day. Spoiler Alert:

River Song gave up all of her regenerations to save the Doctor, whom she had poisoned. We don't know how many regenerations she herself had left, but it may be possible that she didn't just save the Doctor's life, she may in fact have given him additional regenerations. What do you think?

Redshirt1 - The 2013 Christmas Special (The Time of the Doctor) addressed the 12 regeneration limit quite clearly. I imagine there are places to find it online, but this is not the place to discuss such matters.

It also features the regeneration from Smith to Capaldi so you'll definitely want to check it out.

@ joe4306 - I agree with you 1000%.  Baker was the best Doctor!!

Joe & Silverspear, so instead of "timey-whiney" you prefer "chronic hysteresis".

Eleven: It's a... uh... timey wimey... thing.

War Doctor: "Timey" what? "Timey wimey"?

Ten: I have no idea where he picks that stuff up.
