Honestly I hope that they do bring Deadpool to the screen and have him on correctly, maybe as a link to the Wolverine movie have one of the voices talk about how bad they portraid him onscreen. Any way they do it it has to be violent, funny, and he MUST break the 4th wall. If they do all of that then at least I'll be happy.

For the life of me I will never understand why people beech about the continuation of the X-Men series being messed up.  The comics, which they are based off of, have screwed up the continuation for the last 20 years yet people are going to have a problem with the movies?

Actually VinJoy and InnerSanctum, there are some continuity issues in the movies.  Like Charles saying that Magneto helped him build Cerebro, then in XFC, Cerebro was built by Hank McCoy.  Charles is walking in the scene where they meet Jean Grey which has to be set in the 80's because Jean is 30ish in X-Men yet in XFC he can't walk at the end which is set in the 60's.  Magneto states that he built the helmet to defend against Cerebro and Charles, yet in XFC it's Sebastian Shaw that he gets it from.  Why does Moira McTaggart look the same age in Last Stand as in XFC...etc...  I could also go into Wolverine, but they did say they wanted to forget that movie so I'll pass.

Continuity issues in comics are a whole different story compared to when a movie is made about the subject. The comic book has been running for decades so it make sense that there would be some continuity issues due to the whole real time/comic book time situation. Again though, you can't equate comic and movie continuity issues.  While Marvel makes tweaks to say a person't age or something they still manage to keep that character fundamentally the same. These hack writers for the movies just picked character out of a hat and threw them together for no sensible reason.
