FUNimation's video crew continues to churn out a good deal of work this holiday week when many other people are off enjoying other activities and we have to give them some serious props. After bringing out a number of series earlier in the week, today sees them adding all of Dragonaut and Strike Witches to YouTube fans who want to check out the series. Both series are from Gonzo and are provided in their original subtitled form. Naturally, embedding is restricted so they cannot be shared directly, so we'll link you to the first episodes of each respective series. You can also check out our coverage of both series in our separate properties pages: Strike Witches and Dragonaut -THE RESONANCE-.
Strike Witches (First Episode)
Plot summary: The year is 1944 and the world lives in fear of unidentified flying objects called Neuroi. With the old-boy old guard unable to thwart this deadly menace, humanity turns its desperate eyes to an aerial attack force with much nicer legs. Meet the girls of the 501st Joint Fighter Wing, better known as the Strike Witches. These darlings of the great blue yonder may not have standard issue uniforms, but they do have all the right stuff. Where the average flyboy falters, these dolls blast aliens to bits in the bat of an eyelash. With a little magic and a whole lot of leg, the girls of the 501st are winning the war on pants, and aliens!

Plot Summary: With a deadly asteroid hurtling towards Earth, sexy human Dragonauts in tight uniforms and their curvaceous dragon companions come together to create a formidable fighting force with all the right moves. Caught in the middle of this race against time are Jin, a heartbroken young flyboy, and Toa, a voluptuous lady-dragon with an amazing set of intergalactic battle skills.
Jin's down about the fate of his doomed planet, but Toa is quick to grab him by the seat of his pants and lift his sagging spirits. If these star-crossed space cadets can unlock the secrets of their mysterious connection and convince the Dragonauts to join the action, there may yet be hope for planet Earth!
