'Wanted' screenwriter Chris Morgan confirmed for MTV Splash Page that he's penning the screenplay for the sequel to the surprise hit movie. In fact, he was taking a story meeting with director Timur Bekmambetov the same day as his interview with the music outlet.
He also revealed that Universal Studios is in the process of finalizing a deal with the franchise creator, Mark Millar, who will be involved in the story process in some capacity.
A minor spoiler for the first film follows:
When asked where the story might go, give that most of the major players in the first film were killed off, Morgan answered with a laugh, "That is the challenge here, but the point is to continue the journey that Wes started in the first film. Wherever he ended up at the end of the film, now it’s time to move him forward.
"There’s a natural journey that Wes needs to take," continued Morgan, adding that the sequel "is going to be opened up to be more global."
However, with the story development process just beginning, the direction of 'Wanted 2' is subject to change.

Here's a potential spoiler from the TFW2005.com fan site regarding the 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen' sequel. In this case that outer shell is the form of Isabel Lucas. The article goes on to give more info about Alice's form and special abilities in the film so...

Dragonball - Will be just as good as DoA
Wolverine - More Gambit!!
Wanted sequel - Sure, why not?
Transformers spoiler - Disinformation? Probably. She's really a hologram projected by the super hero The Wraith , which would tie in Prowl nicely
Seriously... can we see ONE piece of GOOD production or promise from this Dragonball movie??? uugghhh....... I love Dragonball... and they are destroying my dreams of watching a crazy ass, good movie of it. I feel like im watching production of a Power Ranger movie or something with the quality of footage and production.
I hope the Wolverine trailer will have alot better footage than what we've seen so far. Atleast Deadpool w/ his mask on!
I'm happy about the Wolverine trailer. That will be nice to see. As for the rest of these news items:
I never watched the Dragonball cartoons or played the games. My sons do and when I told them that a movie was coming out they went ape shit. So I'm sure I'll be there in the theatre watching it, and asking my kids what the hell is going on.
I don't pay any attention to the Transformers info since we already know Bay is throughing out bunk info. On top of that, what gets written and sometimes even filmed may not make the cutting room. So I'll wait till it comes out.
Watched Wanted and thought it was mindless fun. Never read the comic so I have not preconceptions on what is supposed to happen. I saw a sequel happening as I walked out of the theatre. I mean it was as blatent as when Captain Hector Barbossa walked down the steps in the end of Dead Man's Chest. The only difference was Bruckheimer had already filmed the sequel and the studios were waiting to see if Wanted would made money. Duh!
If anyone sees Wiseguy walking down the street towards his local movie theatre to see Dragonball on opening day, please bitch slap him and get some sense in him.
I think the Bayformers are way cooler and more interesting than any transformers that we've seen. Come on.. their transformations are freaking AmaZing!
