Though previous word that it was set to shoot in Montreal suggested this had happened already, Castle Rock finally gave the greenlight to Lawrence Kasdan's big screen adaptation of Stephen King's DREAMCATCHER.
By giving the okay, Kasdan can proceed with casting on the film, with an eye towards a January start.
Kasdan will produce and direct the film, with a script he rewrote, originally drafted by William Goldman (MISERY, HEARTS IN ATLANTIS).
