CHUD has learned that all-time great artist Drew Struzan will likely be rendering a poster for 'Hellboy II: The Golden Army'.
CHUD reports a quote direct from the film's director, Guillermo del Toro: "For me, Drew Struzan's work summarizes the power of cinematic storytelling. I eagerly await his first sketches for this HELLBOY: THE GOLDEN ARMY poster, and I am incredibly honored by the fact that Drew has agreed to collaborate with me again. Struzan's fans all over the world, rejoice and be prepared for another beautiful piece to come from the master's hands!!"
Struzan's legendary career kicked into high gear in the 1970s with his dynamic 'Star Wars' posters. He's been a staple of film art since then, and perhaps best known for his 'Indiana Jones' posters. He created a poster for the previous 'Hellboy' movie, which is still available at Sideshow Collectibles. Very recently fans saw his work on the 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' poster.
