Rob Pereyda, VP of licensing at Crunchyroll, noted on Twitter that they "will stream DuRaRaRa 25-26 and SoRaNoWoTo 13-14 the same day as Japanese home video." These two titles are the ones that are being handled by Aniplex of Japan and what may be true, though information is sketchy at this point, is that these may be DVD only releases to begin with. Soranowoto was originally solicited by being a thirteen episode series and the last two may be getting only a home video release. Durarara has a lot more time to go but has always been talked about as a twenty six episode series, though it is nowhere near unusual for a show to have its final episodes be DVD only releases. While the news is frustrating for fans, especially as neither title has home video release dates for the respective volumes of these episodes, it is very good news that Crunchyroll will be able to stream these episodes eventually (and hopefully with some fanfare to remind people about it) instead of them being unavailable to English speaking fans at all.
