According to Amazon, the Bond "Box set includes an open slot for forthcoming James Bond film."
I bought the 3D bluray of Avengers, but only because Target had it and the regular Bluray for the same price. Don't own a 3D bluray player or 3D tv, but still figured I'd get the most bang for my buck.
What's the list price for Avengers 2-disc DVD/Blu-Ray set? I pre-ordered it on Amazon back in June for $24. Just got an email saying it'll be delivered on Friday!
Nevermind, it came down in price since I placed my order so it was $19.99.
I think I'll wait for that special edition box set for the Avengers. Then I can upgrade all at once (I never bought Hulk, Thor, or Captain.)
Yeah, the folks controling Bond do know how to capitalize on the franchise. I haven't upgraded to Blu ray for all the films (just the best of the bunch). I'm still saddened that Fassbender has no chance of playing the part since Craig will be signing on for two more movies. I enjoyed CR and the new one looks great...but, I wouldn't mind the changing of the guard for Fassbender. He was born for the part.
