Yeah, the Last Starfighter was a great-fun movie! What was the super weapon mode called? Death Blossom, or something? That was awesome!

There was this cool (I remember it being cool) "wasteland" movie with Molly Ringwald called - Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone. Ah, the memories...

Wasn't Spacehunter a 3D movie?  I think I saw that at the movies.

 I seem to recall Spacehunter being a 3D movie.  Wasn't the villain played by Richard Moll?

I'll wait and rent it on Netflix, but I am looking forward to seeing Battle Beyond the Stars.  I loved it as a kid.  It will probably suck, but still have to for old times sake. 

Oh and yes Spacehunter I think was 3D also.

I saw Spacehunter in the theaters, and then too, they had a non-3D version as well!

I saw Spacehunter on HBO and taped it for postarity.  It's probably on one of the tapes I have in storage.
