E3: DUNGEON SIEGE II announced

Microsoft Game Studios announced at E3 that a sequel to the 2002 fantasy RPG hit DUNGEON SIEGE is in development. Slated for a 2004 release, DUNGEON SIEGE II will again utilize a 3D game engine. Chris Taylor, president of Gas Powered Games, also returns as the game's director.
At E3 the company is showing a trailer from the game that was assembled using the actual in-game rendering technology.
