@Wyldstaar, I don't think its just the fact that Steven Seagal has a big ego. There seems to be something about him that alot of people who've worked with him just cannot stand him. I'd personally feel thrilled to meet an accomplished martial artist like him but I haven't worked alongside him day and night.

But Van Damme doesn't like him. The producer of SNL didn't like him after he hosted years ago. Director Andrew Davis who worked with him on Above The Law and Under Siege doesn't want to work with him anymore. Judo great Gene Lebell and he have had a running argument on whether Lebell choked Seagal out and made him pee in his pants. Also, MMA fighters that he hasn't coached don't like him. Of course that might be because the guys he's coached usually win.
