Synopsis: The epic action of “Edge of Tomorrow” unfolds in a near future in which an alien race has hit the Earth in an unrelenting assault, unbeatable by any military unit in the world.  Major William  Cage  (Tom  Cruise)  is  an  officer  who  has  never  seen  a  day  of  combat  when  he  is unceremoniously dropped into what amounts to a suicide mission.  Killed within minutes, Cage now finds himself inexplicably thrown into a time loop—forcing him to live out the same brutal combat over and over, fighting and dying again…and again.  But with each battle, Cage becomes able to engage the adversaries with increasing skill, alongside Special Forces warrior Rita Vrataski (Emily Blunt).  And, as Cage and Rita take the fight to the aliens, each repeated encounter gets them one step closer to defeating the enemy.
EDGE OF TOMORROW features Tom Cruise, Emily Blunt, Bill Paxton, Brendan Gleeson, Noah Taylor, Kick Gurry, Dragomir Mrsic, Charlotte Riley, Jonas Armstrong, Franz Drameh, Masayoshi Haneda, and Tony Way.
EDGE OF TOMORROW arrives in 3D and 2D in select theaters and IMAX on June 6th, 2014.

Im tired of trailers showing entire movies personally.

I was on the fence about whether I should see this in theatres or wait for Apple TV. But now I'm going to see this on the big screen.

Def want to see this. It's like Groundhog's Day plus Terminator divided by Mission Impossible. Or something.

Brodee 5/12/2014 5:46:08 PM

Looks like it's got a bit of Starship Troopers mixed in too. It looks freakin' sweet.

SmokingFrog77 5/12/2014 7:32:59 PM

Guessing they find out they're all just player characters in the latest online Quake multiplayer?

Wiseguy 5/13/2014 4:48:29 AM

Eveything Tom Cruise does is worthy of the big screen.

This looks awesome

KungPow 5/13/2014 7:21:08 AM

Looks pretty decent to me, the type of movie where I can go and enjoy explosions and mass mayhem for a couple of hours.

Wise, even Vanilla Sky? Unless of course the arugument there is seeing Cameron Diaz back in the day on big screen, then that's OK. Ha.
