Did Marvel Entertainment just ruin their own film? If you dare, check out the second TV spot for Marvel’s Captain America: The Winter Solider. It is hard to believe that they did. Perhaps it is doesn’t really matter has even Agent Coulson came back!

Synopsis: Captain America: The Winter Soldier will pick-up where “Marvel’s The Avengers” left off, as Steve Rogers struggles to embrace his role in the modern world and teams up with Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, to battle a powerful yet shadowy enemy in present-day Washington, D.C.

Based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series, first published in 1941, Marvel’s “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” features an outstanding supporting cast that includes Sebastian Stan (“Captain America: The First Avenger,” “Black Swan”) as Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier, Anthony Mackie (“The Hurt Locker,” “Million Dollar Baby”) as Sam Wilson/Falcon, Cobie Smulders (“Marvel’s The Avengers,” “How I Met Your Mother”) as Agent Maria Hill, Frank Grillo (“Zero Dark Thirty”) as Brock Rumlow and Georges St-Pierre (“Death Warrior”) as Georges Batroc. Rounding out the talented cast are Hayley Atwell (“Captain America: The First Avenger”) as Peggy Carter, Toby Jones (“Captain America: The First Avenger,” “The Hunger Games”) as Arnim Zola, Emily VanCamp (“The Ring 2,” “Revenge”) as Agent 13 and Maximiliano Hernández (“Marvel’s The Avengers,” “Thor”) as Agent Jasper Sitwell.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier is set for release in the U.S. on April 4, 2014.

It's a trick.

xenomorph 2/21/2014 3:50:36 PM

He's not dead. Probably just went underground like in the comics.

almostunbiased 2/21/2014 4:52:46 PM

Well I guess I'm not going to watch this, cause I don't want to ruin the movie.

Sam Jackson has publicly stated that he's doing Age of Ultron after Winter Soldier. And he still has two films left on his 9-picture contract after that.
So what Xenomorph said.

His last words (before the accident). That's my take. Besides if he's dead why are surgeons working on him in that scene? And if Fury can move a mountain to get Coulson back, he's just gonna die himself?

Watch it doesn't ruin anything (just presents some questions you'll want answered by the movie).

I'm a little surprised that Disney/Marvel didn't hold up a little longer on the GotG media's taking away from the buzz for this movie.  Go to any genre website and GotG is one of the lead'll have to scroll down to find an afterthought about this movie ( will be somewhere below the article about who might be cast to play Dr. Strange).

or its a life model decoy like he uses all the time in the comics, and on that note has anyone ever stayed dead in a marvel comic?

death4sale 2/22/2014 1:02:48 AM

 "His secrets have secrets."

Eldogg42 2/22/2014 10:01:28 AM

That line means nothing.  Like alienstatue said. It could mean before attact on him that left him in a coma.  People are thinking way too into it, I mean you rob.  Your worse then the media.  You know they will not kill him off and as every fanboy knows, unless you see a full on dead body with no head, they are not dead.

Miner49er 2/22/2014 12:04:45 PM

He went to Tahiti. He heard it's magical. C'mon, spoilers? You guys must know that no one ever dies in the movies.
