By Rob M. Worley     March 10, 2008

On one side: producers, directors and other Hollywood players looking for the next big thing.

On the other side are the comic book artists and writers creating the next big thing.

In between is...The Comics2Film Elevator.

Dion Floyd boards The Elevator today ready to pitch 'Immortal Kiss'...

ELEVATOR (E):  Describe 'Immortal Kiss'  in two sentences or less.

DION FLOYD (DF): Two Chicago PD Homicide Detectives investigate a murder outside a nightclub on New Years Day. What they don't know is Chicago's newest serial killer is a vampire.

E: If you were to compare 'Immortal Kiss' to a movie or TV show what would it be?

DF: 'CSI' meets 'Law and Order' meets 'Blade'.

E :Why do you think 'Immortal Kiss' would translate to film/TV/animation?

DF: The marriage of characters and story would make for an interesting horror film or Made for Cable mini series or film.  I would love to see Alex Proyas direct an adaptation of it, that would be very cool!

E: How can folks find your comic?

DF: Immortal Kiss is produced by Graphic Illusions Studios. There are select retailers carrying the books and we're always looking for more who want to.  The book can also be ordered online through the Graphic Illusions Studios website:

E: How can folks learn more about you and your work?
