Well, I guess the biggest item revealed was Ranma 1/2 TV series could start to be released later this year. They are aiming at 3 DVDs to hold a season.
Pioneer has a lot of say in what is being released on the Viz DVD line. Fans should mail Pioneer on what titles they want since Pioneer sublicenses the title.
Please Save My Earth on DVD almost became a dubtitle, but they wisely delayed production to get a proper subtitle script.
Bandai and Viz will be partnering on some marketing efforts, though they were not revealed.
Viz is working hard at getting titles on television. The International Channel Network(I think it's a satellite channel) is interested in acquiring the rights to the Ranma 1/2 TV series. The big surprise though is they apparently want the sub version!
