The site Filmz has got their hands on 5 international character posters for the upcoming film, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.

You can find all 5 posters here.

In the sequel, the enigmatic, intergalactic herald, The Silver Surfer, comes to Earth to prepare it for destruction. As the Silver Surfer races around the globe wreaking havoc, Reed, Sue, Johnny and Ben must unravel the mystery of The Silver Surfer and confront the surprising return of their mortal enemy, Dr. Doom, before all hope is lost.

Michael Chiklis, Ioan Gruffudd, Chris Evans, Jessica Alba and Julian McMahon star.  The film surfs into theaters on June 15, 2007.

KJ's Take:  Cool posters all around, I posted the image of my favorite of the bunch.

i agree with darth ... while the new trailer is pretty kick ass these posters make it look as if it will be the same if not WORSE quality as before! Cant wait for Galactus to make his appearance.

WTF.... I think they look cool, especially the Surfer and Ben... looks like they of tightened up his makeup a bit too.... I am excited for this movie... Everybody walked into FF expecting something different but got a popcorn film that was actually a lot of fun, here's hoping for more.

I don't see why you first two are so upset. There character posters, so what's the big frickin deal. Whay does that suddenly make the movie bad.

I'm looking forward to it.

I too fail to show the "horrible" nature of the posters. They are, as said, character posters - they just show the characters. They look fine. Maybe they don't get your blood pumping because they aren't action shots, but whatever.

I like the way they did the graphic design for the names, giving each it's own font / texture.

And now Sue's the Invisible Woman? That was quick.

Yep, geeked out here. Want me some Silver Surfer on the big screen!

learn to read... no one called them horrible, just boring looking, and yes, they are character posters, but to me it just looks bland..uninspired

"movie just went down a few more notches" due to posters
&
"these posters make it look as if it will be the same if not WORSE quality as before!"

Instead of quoting the above, I simplified the sentiment of the statements to mean that the posters were "horrible." My inference from comments about posters making people want to see the movie less or that the posters make the movie seem to be very low quality is that the posters, according to the opinions of the two I was basing it on, are bad. Horrible is a synonym for bad.
I read what you wrote just fine. I'm actually quite good at context and comprehension. The only thing you can really accuse me of is hyperbole.

darthcaifan, why don't you learn proper grammar and sentence structure? Would it kill you to capitalize once in a while?

"this movie just went down a few more notches in my book"
meaning, in my personal taste, again, learn to read....

Merin....Darthcaifan never has anything of relevance or intelligence to say along with his lover KJsucks...How anyone can say the movie has gone down a notch or the quality is worse based on these posters are moronic...I bet they will be shelling out there money to go see it though...

As far as the posters go, there ok...
