I liked both of the FF movies. They were as good as any FF comics I've read. I especially loved the thing. I'm no hater of CGI, but it was nice to see old school FX, that were done really well.

I don't care that they are rebooting, and will go see the new ones justr because they're FF movies. But the other ones wern't horrible.

I'm with gauley.  I liked the Thing in both FF movies and thought they were played by the perfect guy.  I even liked the costume.  And the Thing isn't suppose to be huge...not Hulk huge anyway.  In all the comic books I've seen him in he's always above average height, but big width wise.  But he was small enough to walk through most doors in the Baxter Building as well as any Pub that he frequents.

there was actually a storyline  on the 70's i think  where the thing turned back to ben  and reed made him an exoskeleton thing suit  that looked to be proportional to the thing in the ff movies

Im excited for a FF reboot. The cast sounds interesting and im curious as to the style/direction of the new movie.

The Ultimate Thing is almost as big as the Hulk and  heavier

Crap, I'd rather see this lapse and go back to Marvel at least then they would do it right.  Could you see it a FF film with a cameo by Chris Evens as Cap... oh to dream...

Bringing Doom back would be a "fail"?  Are you HIGH?  He's their most dangerous foe, and he was handled so incredibly poorly last time around that rebooting and retooling Doom is almost as important as casting talented actors to play Sue Storm and Reed Richards.  I'm not saying he has to be in the first film, but sooner or later he's gotta come back, and it certainly isn't a deal breaker if he's the big bad in the next one.  As long as everything else is better this time around then having a villain repeat would be a small concession.

Thanos or Galactus would be cool too, so do them first and bring Dr. Doom in later on.  I'd love to see the Surfer back, and a CG thing would be a huge improvement.

I agree Scythe Doom was horribly mishandled in the 2 FF films a mere shadow of what he really is.

Mexican movie looks ok..only one problem ...its a mexican movie.

I hope they fail and the FF reverts back to Marvel/Disney!

I say bring in Dr. Doom first into the reboot of the Fantastic Four is a HUGE mistake.

Why do I say this?  Why?  Because he IS their worst FOE.  He is the biggest baddie on the whole list of baddies for the FF.  You do not throw down with the hugest bad guy first!

I like the idea that Wiseguy was throwing around with the Mole Men.  It is a classic FF tale and it would be cool!  Plus they could weave Dr. Doom into the backround as the mastermind of the whole scheme of the Mole Men and have him at the end laughing from the shadows manically like the mad man he is.

Then you have more the next movie!  Don't dump it all on the first movie, that would suck.  The second movie could ramp up to Dr. Doom.

Then the third movie could maybe ramp up to the Silver Surfer and Galactus.  That way they could have a solid trilogy.

Maybe even have Dr. Doom steal Galactus's like he once stole the Beyonder's power in Secret Wars!  H*ll, in my dreams they would include the Avengers in the final third Fantastic Four movie to take on Galactus and then a Galactus powered Dr. Doom!  That would rock so hard!!!  O.O
