Game of Thrones: The Laws of Gods and Men Review (Article) - 5/12/2014 9:01:41 PM

My thoughts were that Bronn fights for Tyrion and Tywin places Jamie against him...the teacher versus the student!  Although I would not like to see either character die :(

Oh and Hanso, if you want to make up for the lost 10 the bath house scene in slow-mo.  There is probably lots of "plot information" that you might need to try and catch, and if you miss it the first time watch it again ;)

Constantine: Official Trailer (Article) - 5/12/2014 1:13:06 AM

Sign me up for this ride.  As a TV show, this looks very well done!

Mania Review: Neighbors (Article) - 5/10/2014 1:01:23 PM

I almost always disagree with Blankczech and his angst filled posts, but today I eat crow and say kudos sir.  Well said!

In defence of Rob tho, I have never seen him put up a review that was effected in any way by an interview.  He always calls it like he sees it, and while many of us quite often disagree, Rob has always maintained an unbiased approach to his reviews.

Hannibal: Naka-Choko Review (Article) - 5/8/2014 10:46:03 AM

I never clued in to who Margot was, harping on about her terrible brother, until this episode and the introduction of Mason. It has been some time since I read the book, but was quite pleased to see a young Mason Verger.

If I remember correctly, in Hannibal, Mason had a twisted love of abusing children that stemmed from his abuse and torture of his beloved Margot.  As well, his raping of her is what turned her to lesbianism. This seems to be carrying over into this storyline as well with the reveal of Margot's scars. I am interested to see how they intertwine this storyline with the current one.

I loved the "slice the ginger" line. That Hannibal and his puns!!  Another bit of "ginger" trivia, the actress playing Margot also played Ginger once upon a time in the horror film Gingersnaps :)

GAME OF THRONES: OATHKEEPER Review (Article) - 5/1/2014 8:51:28 PM

I miss the Villian Rating Chart that someone used to always post each week....Calamity I think!  That was a lot of fun

GAME OF THRONES: OATHKEEPER Review (Article) - 4/29/2014 6:00:54 PM

Again, the difference is that isgrimmer stated that his post would contain spoilers, your previous one did not when you quoted his spoiler.  I am not sure how more simplistic to put it.

As for saying what happens next week from what you saw in the preview, not everyone watches the preview.  I presonally never do, as they always show too much.  I am the same way with movie trailers.  If my interest is piqued after one view of a trailer, I have no need to watch more until I have gone to the theatre.

I honestly dont care too much about minor spoilers, but many people do and it bothers me that pricks like you get thrills from ruining the show for others.  Congrats on being a massive douche, you win at the internets.

GAME OF THRONES: OATHKEEPER Review (Article) - 4/29/2014 7:54:16 AM

And simply baffle me with your blatant ignorance rkngl. Isgrimmer put the words SPOILER in big bold writing at the beginning of his post, then you go ahead and break it down and explain the spoiler into detail for us without any warning. I am having troubles figuring out if you do this on purpose just to be a dick, or if you are truly just oblivious to the fact.

GAME OF THRONES: OATHKEEPER Review (Article) - 4/28/2014 10:22:02 AM

There was nothing wrong with rogue's post. It was simply an observation of things that took place and as a non book reader, I found it interesting. Rkngl is still a little butt hurt after his public flogging a couple weeks ago. Poor little poppet, the wounds will heal soon if you stop filling them with salt.

Mania Review: Captain America: The Winter Soldier (Article) - 4/10/2014 8:51:17 PM

My favorite moments of the movie were 1. Seeing Falcon in flight...Sam is the sheet!!  2. The reveal of Agent 13 (Emily VanCamp = Super Sexy Sharon!!!)  3.  End credit scene with Baron von Strucker and the Maximof twins  4. GSP as that was a fight scene!!!

Loved this movie...perfect mix of action, humour, and comic book goodness!!
