Wow, great, uh, fantastic. As much as I like Favreau, something tells me they'll f this one up. I don't know why but it's just a gut feeling. Can't wait to see Iron Man Begins.

That is interesting. They should let Bendis or Warren Ellis write the screen play.

EXCELLENT NEWS! Can't wait to see it!

Iron Man is one character who should really translate well to the screen, and with a talent like Favreau behind it it should be good.

Isn't Favreau doing the Carter Mars movie? This Iron Man film has been in development hell for a few years. I remember at one time Cruise wanted to play Tony Stark; and then the boys from Smallville were going write the movie. Something tells me that Favreau won't get the red and gold Avenger to the big screen either. Although, since Marvel's financing it's own films, maybe it will get made. I'd like to see it, patterned more after The Ultimates version of Iron Man; his suit is more realistic that the traditional Marvel Comics version.

I guess that, since they killed Foggy Nelson, he has more time on his hands :p

Have you seen him on "My Name is Earl"? He gotten bigger/fatter ..If they do a Daredevil sequel they can recast him as "The Kingpin" instead of Foggy Nelson..

As much as I would love to see this movie kick ass, I can't help but think seeing a man flying around in red and gold armor on screen is going to look cheesy as hell! I hope I'm wrong...
