Dark Hollow Teaser Trailer

Official Trailer

Found this interesting teaser trailer on Dark Hollow today on YouTube. What I discovered was even more interesting when I look up information on the film.
The Plot: Dark Hollow is set in a small village that borders a forest which contains great evil. A Satyr -- half-man/half goat -- needs young women to satisfy his lust, and something tells me they wont be coming back. Dark Hollow is based on a book of the same name by author Brian Keene.

The 411 on Dark Hollow: Because this project is categorized as in development, the data is only available on IMDbPro and is subject to change.

Okaaay so she called in a favor and managed to get a Special Forces guy with Camouflage. I'm not impressed.

Also I'm not digging the Dandelion thing too much, I mean if a Dandelion could find him anyone can!!! not cool lol.

I've read the book Dark Hollow by Brian Keene, its more pop-corn horror and borders on torture porn. While I did enjoy the book to an extent, I no longer consider it to be horror since it goes more for shock value than anything. I haven't read Keenes works in a while, he does have a lot of potential and love to see some more of his work go mainstream. However his work seems very derivative of Lovecraftian Themes. When I read Arthur Machen's The Great God Pan, this story came to mind.
