Reynolds already has Deadpool which if it spins off Wolverine he will be too busy, Blooms too pretty and IMO Gyllenhal is too...Ah hell I can't put a word to it right now. The others are great choices......although II would rather see Marsters as Constentine.

How about Eric Bana, now that he got the ass as Banner. Hes a great actor. His performance as Chopper Read easily outshines Ledger's Joker.

You've all come up with some great actors that could most likely pull off the task of playing the Sorceror Supreme. I only have one addition to the list: Pierce Brosnan. Alot of you probably think I'm crazy considering that you some of you think Depp is too old but whatever. Dr. Strange was a renowned surgeon which does not happen over night and add several years of training in the arcane to eventually become "Sorceror Supreme." Dr. Strange should have a bit of venerability to him. As Bond, Pierce Brosnon definitly handled the action and intensity that would be needed to ivoke such a powerful presence. I could go on and on but I don't want you all to think that I'm gay for the dude (I am but that's not the point.)

I Like Dr Strange in doses. I think 6 issue runs for a good story is a good way to go on this with big name villians. He works better in group settings like Defenders and he is an Avenger now also.

All that I know is they better make Dormmamu a giant cloud.

Okay guys Dr. Strange as movie hell yes. Darabont, Vaughn, or Gantz as the director. Eric Bana, Pierce Brosnan, Karl Urban all excellent choices but lets look at Guy Pierce and Jim Caviezil. Remeber Caviezil in Count of Monte Cristo. Also age is not really a factor Strange is older than most Marvel characters. An actor well into his 40' or a well preserved 50ish actor could do Dr. Strange alot of justice. I'm sorry I can't jump on the Johnny Depp bandwagon. The guy is a good actor, but after awhile all his roles start to blend together. I mean hell he's even supposed to play Tonto in the Lone Ranger movie. Throw someone else a bone.

I like how everyone always complains about originality but always bring up the same old tired names. Dr. Strange is a STRAIGHT man therefore eliminates Depp, who can only play guys with feminine ways or straight up homos.

Never been a big fan of the magical genre in comics so I'm indifferent wether or not they make this.

What? Depp is straight man, plus you know he can play it straight also that's why the dude is an oscar nominated actor. Just watch Ninth Gate and tell me he don't look the part. Then you get Cuaron into this and it's money right there for Dr. Strange. Someone give Alfonso Cuaron a frakkin movie already!!

Depp would be my pick but of course I ain't casting the movie so it don't matter, I ain't saying any suggestion thrown out here is wrong but I don't know why people saying Depp gets every role, last I checked he hasn't been in any superhero film that I'm aware of. He can't be a tired name unless you tired of hearing him being connected with The Riddler or go way back to the Lex Luthor rumors back when Burton was on board.

I also don't understand the blending of the roles comment. I'm pretty sure the work he's doing on Public Enemies is gonna be very different from what he did on Sweeny Todd. And Todd was different from Sparrow. Sparrow was totally different from his role on Finding Neverland. etc.
