FELLOWSHIP DVD to hit over 4 hours?

It seems the coming DVD of THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING could hit a level of hugeness only hinted at by the behemoth film's running time.
According to several reports, including TheOneRing.net and Showbiz today, the DVD release will be sporting a cut of the film running four hours. That info, coming from Barrie Osborne when being interviewed on 1010 Winds radio in New York. This jibes with Showbiz Today's earlier report from director Peter Jackson that the video release would have a lot of deleted scenes, possibly edited back into the body of the film.
There is no word on the actual release date of the film on DVD, but Osborne assured fans it would be before next fall's release of THE LORD OF THE RINGS: TWO TOWERS.
