Oi! Just saw your last post on the Linda Hamilton/Terminator thread. Posted a reply but not sure you'll be checking back there since it has been so long so here it is, eh? *Spoiler-ish* I think we’re both on the same page but don’t know it. I totally get what you’re saying here and that’s pretty much what I was saying. Earlier I thought you meant they had just ignored the cancer thing and I wanted to point out it was being addressed, but not in the way we were initially told about in T3. She does have cancer and she is gonna die from it, but all the Time Travelling has changed things a bit. My bigger point was that all this Time Traveling Continuity Changing, IMO, gives both the series and the films an opportunity to compliment each other but in a way that also gives them both a lot of freedom and less “Continuity Worry†if you will. If that makes any sense.
