Whedon's DOLLHOUSE Halts Production for Scripts - Sep 11, 2008 - 01:12pm
Once again I sense a disturbance in the force. Yes, it is that evil empire known as Fox, the harbinger of doom. I have yet to discover who the phantom menace is. If the suits screw this up, then we need to get medieval on their asses. I've said this before about the suits, and I'll say it again: "Damn them all to hell!!!!" Man, I miss Charlton.

TV Wasteland: CBS Knows Best, or Do They? - Aug 25, 2008 - 01:44pm
I hate corporate studios and their condescending, we-know-best attitudes. What crap! I really hope this show does well, but it's a double-edged sword: if it does do well, you can believe the suits will lap up the credit like a rat lapping up sewage water. To quote my main man Charlton: "Damn them all to hell!"

Box Office Update: KNIGHT Scores Victory Over Brothers and FBI - Jul 27, 2008 - 05:09pm
Just saw the "X-Files". . .and, I was pleasantly surprised. It was incredibly well done(honestly, I really didn't think Chris Carter had it in him). Am I surprised it tanked? Not in the least. As I said on Friday, the world has moved on. However, the problem wasopening this film in the summer. Against "Dark Knight"? Against "Mamma Mia"? Against another Will Ferrell comedy? What was Fox thinking? (The movie company, not Mulder).I hope the franchise can rebound, though, because the movie really went in a novel direction. The critics dropped the ball on this one, but I guess that's why they're fadingfast. Ignore 'em. Go see the movie.
