Amazing poster.  I am curious obout the floating caped figure above Quicksilver...would that be the Vision??  Perhaps another bad guy? Hmmmm.

I also saw on Imdb that Andy Serkis is listed in the cast without a character.  Did I miss who he was playing or is he going to be a surprise hero/villian?

It is vision. That pic was posted a few days ago. Everyone that says that to many people will kill the Batman VS Superman movie, what about this one?

kinetoscope: Joss Whedon knows how to write interesting, believable characters. He also can direct an ensemble cast.

Snyder can do neither

Snyder can make things go kablooie pretty well, but that's about it.

spiderhero...Zack Snyder directed Watchmen one of the most intelligent Comic Book Super hero movies (is connecting  the word intelligent to a Comic Book Super Hero Movie an oxymoron?). What did Whedon direct ...the Avengers?  The Avengers was a nice Disney movie for 10-15 year olds that some adults who could get in touch with their inner 10 year old found enjoyable.  Like most Disney family entertainment (Frozen for example) there was no sex, no bad words, it wasn't too deep or too tense, and the violence was very sterile/antispetic.  The little ones laughed and jumped up and down with glee when the Hulk punched Thor and smashed Loki, and none of the Heroes got as much as a scratch. No character development was needed since we had been introduced to all the main characters in previous movies. All Whedon had to do was make things go kablooie.

Blanky, Yes Snyder directed Watchmen, which was pretty much word for word from the comics.  Where as the Avengers and Marvel movies were all original stories, So even though I enjoyed Watchmen, Avengers was much better written and kept the action and story going throughout the movie.  Where Watchmen, unfortunatley had some lull parts, that were fine in the comics, just didn't translate well to film.  Snyder has only adapted comic stories; ie 300 & Watchmen; where Whedon has created new stories. That is why Whedon is better!

Avengers 2 is going to kick ass!

Blank the broken record continues to troll Marvel fans with his stupidity.

Same old bullshit of Avengers and Marvel movies are Disney kiddie fare. And of course the same response from the people saying you are pretty much messed up if you think there will be an R rated Marvel superheroes movies.

Watchmen was an R rated comic. Snyder did it justice. Marvel superhero comics are and will always be PG since the 60s. There is no reason to make these characters dark and gritty. If you want to see darker versions of these characters, there are XXX parodies you can rent. I'm positive there are VHS versions of those films too for your home entertainment centre.

Whedon > Snyder. End of story. One understands the characters and their history, the other just wants to make his dark and have these super slo-mo/fast move/slow-mo action scenes. If you look at the current Avengers, they kind of look like their counterparts (same color schemes), even Vision has a freakin cape. Snyder? He has Wonder Woman looking like Xena in a dull brown costume against a dark, gloomy background.

Andy Serkis was seaid to help Mark Guffalo with the Hulk and Spader as mo cap assistant .  I think he  may have also done some work as the Hulk  don't know about work as Ultron.
