Finished with THE MATRIX, Fishburne looking to genre TV

Now that he's finished shooting the back-to-back sequels for THE MATRIX, Morpheus himself, Laurence Fishburne is looking to produce a superehero action hour for television.
Fishburne is partnering with CBS and SPAWN scribe Alan B. McElroy to create a "next generation superhero." The show, now called SLEEPWALKER, is being produced as a pilot by CBS and Paramount Network Television and will be executive produced by Fishburne. No word yet on when and where it could air. In the past, genre shows developed by CBS have ended up airing on UPN, if at all.
