FIREFLY captain is now BUFFY preacher

After having served his duty as the captain on Joss Whedon's cancelled FIREFLY, actor Nathan Fillion will be next seen on BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER. Fillion will star in the final five episodes of the show playing Caleb, a fallen preacher who has allied himself with the evil of The First.

Fillion's first episode will appear on UPN next month. "Caleb calls himself a preacher, but his habit of murdering girls and his alliance with the darkest evil known to man makes him exactly the sort of guy whose ass Buffy needs to kick," quipped series creator Joss Whedon to Variety.
