Devoted to Smallville has the first online look at The Flash from SMALLVILLE. In the upcoming episode "Run", Clark meets a young man named Bart Allen who has the power of super-speed. Readers of DC Comics' Flash series will recognize that this is the teenage superhero Impulse, the grandson of the original scarlet speedster Barry Allen. Kyle Gallner plays Bart in the episode which will be broadcast on October 20.
