Awwwee she looks sad and her head looks big!!!

Mania.com’s Kurt Amacker of the weekly No-Fly Zone spent two days on the set of Dead of Night in his hometown of New Orleans. The production team kindly took a team of internet journalists through the set for a series of in-depth interviews with the cast, as well as throwing them in the makeup chair for some extra work.
That’s right, Maniacs: zombies.
The production by Platinum Studios and Hyde Park Entertainment is adapted from Tiziano Sclavi’s popular horror-comedy comic, Dylan Dog. Dylan is a private investigator with a very special M.O.—monsters. If it bumps in the night—or the dead of night, even—Dylan jumps on it.
Dead of Night has reset Sclavi’s story from London to New Orleans—a city perfect for the moody noir tone the film often strikes. No less than Brandon Routh of Superman Returns plays Dylan, with Sam Huntington—Jimmy Olsen from the same—playing Marcus, his screwball assistant. The interaction between the two looks to bring a comedic flair to the film, setting it apart from the legion of slasher and torture flicks that characterize horror these days.
Anita Briem (Journey to the Center of the Earth, The Tudors) plays Elizabeth, who approaches Dylan for help. Unbeknownst to her, she will uncover a side of New Orleans filled with creatures she long thought imaginary—werewolves, vampires, and, yes, freaking zombies. Her case will lead them both to an artifact that has set the supernatural forces of New Orleans at war. Now, she, Dylan, and Marcus are caught in the middle.
The film marks the live-action debut of director Kevin Munroe who reinvigorated the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series with the computer-animated TMNT. Joining him as producer are Ashok Amritaj, Scott Rosenberg, and Gilbert Adler, who produced both Valkyrie and Superman Returns. Adler also has a long history of production and directorial work in horror, including Constantine, 13 Ghosts, House on Haunted Hill, and HBO’s Tales from the Crypt.

Love the comic and can't wait to see this film! I'm a little bummed that Felix has been replaced as the sidekick, but what're ya gonna do? Routh should do just fine in this role and (if the movie is good) it'll get him out from under that big ol Superman Returns stink cloud he's been trapped in.
