Jason Voorhees will return on Friday the 13th, 2009. No, he won’t be on another planet or trapped some where in time. After the ridiculous Jason X (2001) and going toe to toe with Freddy Krueger, Jason will be given the re-boot and hopefully have some better stories and actors to carry them out. Everything from new masks, to re-released original DVDs, Blu-rays and of course actions figures will be hitting the shelves the first two weeks in February. Mezco has the action figure rights to Jason and has incorporated his new likeness into their Cinema of Fear collection. They have given Mania a sneak peek with some exclusive photos of the new Jason Voorhees action figure.

I know this is from the smaller line but after the beautiful 1/6th scale Cinema of Fear Jason, this just looks like dog crap.
Mezco, you can't raise the bar and then go back to making steaming turds like your Miami Vice line. Step it up or Neca and McFarlane will always own your a$$.
