The crew over at Cinematical have been hinting to us all week that we'll see our first teaser trailer for Clash of the Titans. And the moment has arrived. Warner Bros. Pictures has unleashed the first trailer online via Yahoo Movies. Check it out in the video player below. The remake of the 1981 classic stars Sam Worthington, Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Danny Huston, Gemma Arterton, Mads Mikkelsen, Jason Flemyng, Alexa Davalos, Izabella Miko, Nicholas Hoult and Pete Postlethwaite. Director Louis Leterrier helmed from a story by Phil Hay and Matt Manfredi.
Plot Concept: The story centers on the ultimate struggle for power that pits men against kings and kings against gods. But the war between the gods themselves could destroy the world. Born of a god but raised as a man, Perseus (Sam Worthington) is helpless to save his family from Hades (Ralph Fiennes), vengeful god of the underworld. With nothing left to lose, Perseus volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson) and unleash hell on earth. Leading a daring band of warriors, Perseus sets off on a perilous journey deep into forbidden worlds. Battling unholy demons and fearsome beasts, he will only survive if he can accept his power as a god, defy his fate and create his own destiny.
Clash of the Titans will hit theaters March 26, 2010.

No Pegasus, either. If I remember my Greek mythology... which I don't... he flew around on winged sandals so it'll be interesting how this movie portrays him getting around in a swift manner.
I also doubt the Kraken will be in this since it wasn't part of the original story.
Ok, that was pretty bad ass. I am still a little cautious about it but so far so good. I am excited even more now.
Oh, fuck yeah. That looked bad as $hit. I have done a complete 180 on this. I'm still not sure about the wholesale changes from the original movie, but.... wow. Looked hot!
I must say as well, that looked pretty sick. I like that lil sword trick he does and Medussa looks crazy!! Sam Worthington is making BANK.
i still don't like the choice for perseus. they needed someone like harry hamlin. the buzz cut is not what perseus should be sporting.
The rockin' music was lame, but the trailer kicked arse and I cannot wait for this! Sam makes an awesome Perseus and the CGI looks top notch (for once!).

COMES TO THE THEATRES. THE FANS ARE IN FOR A BIG SURPRISE.

I have to agree with ultra about the music choice otherwise pretty sweet.
Well I guess no Boo Boo the flying machine owl for this version lol Looks good but definelty not the same clash of the titans as before.
