Is Gordon-Levitt Batman? (Article) - 11/27/2012 6:57:44 PM

It doesn't matter to me at all if they do a Bruce Wayne Batman or go with JGL for this. But I will say its nice to hear the reports that Snyder's Superman could be in JL. If they dont have some sort of continuity going into JL with a new Superman having just come out, I dont think it would bode well for a successful Justice League movie.

The Walking Dead: When the Dead Come Knocking Review (Article) - 11/26/2012 8:56:39 AM

I wondered if Michonne had put things together enough to know that this group had Mele's brother in it or not. She may have her own reasons for not saying anything to them. But I find curious is that Andrea and Michonne spent something like 8 months together, and I suspect that in that time Andrea would have mentioned the people in her group. So hearing the names of Rick, Glenn, Carol, Herschel, Carl, and Darryl all in one group might sound slightly familiar to Michonne. Again, she may have put it all together, but is remaining silent for some reason that best suits her at the moment.

Comment box has been acting weird lately for me. Finally worked right today.

Mania Review: Red Dawn (Article) - 11/21/2012 12:20:39 AM

The original is actually one of my favorite movies. Its lack of believability aside, it brings you into the story and allows you to be a part of it. I'm sure it doesn't hold up today now that the Cold War is a thing of the past, but at the time, we could easily identify with it.

Every time I see the trailer or a TV spot for this, I cringe. It looks to be so ridiculous that I actually get offended by its absurdity. When it is streaming on Netflix I still will avoid it. Absolutely ZERO interest.

4 Test for Harry Osborn (Article) - 11/20/2012 10:19:13 AM

Of the 4 pictures shown, I'd choose either of the top 2, based on looks. The guy in the bottom right pic looks like Justin Beiber and Leonardo DiCaprio had a child.  Of course it only matters that they pick the one that can act the best.

That being said, the last film sucked. Not in a huge way, it was just extremely average with a wasted chance at a really great villain. I hope the sequel is better....or worse if it would put Spiderman back on the road to Marvel.

Lair of the Beasts: Creatures and a Conference (Article) - 11/11/2012 3:35:13 PM

I am a big fan of Bigfoot. I do believe in its existance and would love nothing more than be able to investigate it myself. I have lived here in Oklahoma all my life, and have heard my share of stories of Bigfoot sightings in the state, the closest of which about an hour drive away. I've never taken the steps to go investigate it, nor would I really know what I'm doing, as it would quite a bit different than hunting deer.

I can say that Oklahoma may not have the dense forests of the northwest, we do have a LOT of wooded lands and plenty of places for the big guy to go unnoticed. Not sure what I'd do if I ever did run into one. Hopefully I'd get to snap some pics and not make too big a mess of myself in the process.

Wahlberg for TRANSFORMERS 4 (Article) - 11/9/2012 7:22:29 AM

Doesn't matter who stars in this movie...its going to be just as stupid as the last 2 sequels were.

World War Z Trailer (Article) - 11/8/2012 6:39:02 PM

I really like what I see. I love fast zombies, slow zombies, zombies in Hover Rounds....This looks like quite a different take on the genre and when it shows them scaling the wall like a bunch of ants just blows me away.

Jurassic Park 3D Trailer (Article) - 11/8/2012 3:40:14 PM

Wieguy and Doublec hit the nail on the head. Jurassic Park was THE pivotal moment in movies and how they are made today. I have never had that same feel from any other movie I have ever watched at the theater. I will definitely spend money to see this.

Its s ashame when I talk to my kids about how movies once were made and how EVERYTHING is CGI now. Kids are use to ultra-realistic FX and have no idea what a feat it was for Star Wars back in the day and other fx movies pre-CGI. The realism of Jurassic Park dinosaurs was unbelievable and a great movie experience.

The Walking Dead: Killer Within Review (Article) - 11/5/2012 8:10:36 AM

To say this was an amazing episode is an understatement. To say I am happy Lori is dead is also an understatement. I actually would have liked to see them make a little more out of T-Dawg...especially have him see Merle again.

I had so much dislike for Lori, that I don't feel like she deserved to have her last words with her son. Certainly she didn't deserve the chance to become sympathetic in any way.

I hope carol will be found safe and sound, but I can't help but wonder why Glen needs 3 graves dug.

I can't wait to see what is going to happen with the Governor, especially when he and Rick finally meet.

This is the best season yet!

Walking Dead: Say The Word Clip (Article) - 11/5/2012 5:09:49 AM

Thank God Lori is dead!!!!!!  Its gonna be strange not having T-Dawg in the background anymore, saying his 50 words or less per episode.

And...3 graves?  Is Carol dead too? I know they found her head wrap towel thingy, but didnt see a body. I actually hope she isn't dead.
