I am Rogue had the opportunity to sit down and chat with Sif herself, Jamie Alexander, on Thor: The Dark World. Jamie fights the urge to discuss certain aspects of the plot. She does reveal enough to wet our appetite for November 2013.
Official Boilerplate: Marvel’s "Thor: The Dark World" continues the big-screen adventures of Thor, the Mighty Avenger, as he battles to save Earth and all the Nine Realms from a shadowy enemy that predates the universe itself. In the aftermath of Marvel’s "Thor" and "Marvel’s The Avengers," Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos...but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. Faced with an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor must embark on his most perilous and personal journey yet, one that will reunite him with Jane Foster and force him to sacrifice everything to save us all.
Starring Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Stellan Skarsgård, Idris Elba, Christopher Eccleston, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Kat Dennings, Ray Stevenson, Zachary Levi, Tadanobu Asano, and Jaimie Alexander with Rene Russo and Anthony Hopkins as Odin, “Thor: The Dark World” is directed by Alan Taylor, produced by Kevin Feige, from a story by Don Payne (credit not final) and screenplay by Christopher Yost and Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely (credit not final) and is based on Marvel’s classic Super Hero Thor, who first appeared in the comic book “Journey into Mystery “ #83 in August, 1962.

Beautiful yes Wonder Women no! Amazons are tall and built like warriors not like petite flowers like this women.
I agree with Muenster, she would be a good choice. She might need to workout a little, get bulked up, but she could do it. Good call.
Please no more crossovers of the same actor doing multiple comic book roles. Even if it's different universes. There are PLENTY of actors/actresses to fill roles.
Except for maybe Ryan Reynolds and the whole Deadpool thing. Which i'm still mother efffing waiting for!!! WTF IS GOING ON WITH THAT!?!?!
How many Comic Book roles should Ryan Reynolds get? He's at three now.... and honestly the "Deadpool" of Wolverine Origins sucked ass. let that one go..
Gina Carano looks too butchy for my WW taste... Linda Carter nailed WW - she should definitely be the gold standard for whoever takes the reigns, IMO.
Well Reynolds and the producers have said many times that the Deadpool movie would be NOTHING like the wolverine Movie. And he promised us a badass Deadpool movie so I ain't letting shit go of anything .
My top 3 for WW in no order: Charlize Theron (5'10") she's late 30s but still hot; Serinda Swan (5' 7") late 20s and smokin'; and Gina Carano.

You know... With her beautiful black hair, bright hazel eyes, fantastic facial lines, and athletic build body- Jamie Alexander could very easily pull of playing Wonder Woman. She's a decent actor as well. It would not be much of stretch for her to alter the regal stance and noble demeanor of Sif to that of Diana.
Hmmm...
