Surface Next Season

I would very much like to know if anybody knows if the tv show Surface has been re-newed for a second season and if their has been a official announcement from NBC?

Hi Eric, welcome to the boards.

Surface, as yet, has not been renewed by NBC. They've only renewed a few of the no-brainer shows for them (Crossing Jordan, Medium, all three Law and Orders, etc..). The rest, along with all other networks, will be revealed when they present their up-front schedules to their advertisers during the middle of May.

It's official. NBC pulled the plugged and cancelled Surface.

Great :rolleyes: first maybe Invasion and now Surface please tell me the Sci-fi channel or somebody will pick up one or both these shows both had a lot of good things about them and very interesting storylines. With all the D movies the Sci-fi channel puts out they could afford to pick up a good show.

How many times have online petitions worked? Hell, the huge ads and press for Alien Nation didn't save it as a regular series.
