Not a bad idea! It'd never even occured to me what an awesome Penguin he'd make. I've heard rumors of Robin Williams or Philip Seymour Hoffmann as Penguin, but I think Alexander would be the only one to come close to matching DeVito's performance. The nose is really well done. I think you should find another picture of him, probably darker, and try adding a tophat and making him paler. Still, this is an awesome piece!
