Heyla Sonic,

Unfortunately didn't see the first version of this so I can only comment on this one.

The cape work is nicely done. Capes are a beast to do in general and the angle your character is facing makes it more difficult. I also like the clasps holding it together.

The only part that I can see that could use a bit of work is the top edge of the headpiece. I don't know if you intended it this way but the right side looks as if it goes straight up like a tube rather than conforming to the head. But that is the one thing I can see that could use some work.
