Cool "switch". Well drawn, nice shadow effect too. At first I thought maybe too much blank space but then I realized it subtly conveys scale and motion - sweeeet! I think this is great as is so take this suggestion with a grain of salt but perhaps consider a motion blur on the shadow to subtly convey speed as well.

Cheers Pijster! Thanks for the blur suggestion - I'll give it a try and see how it looks.
I was hoping I'd get more comments on this pic as I was pretty keen on how it turned out myself. But at least you've always got me covered. Cheers again man.

Yeah, I'm kinda surprised you didn't get more feedback on this too. It is hard to predict what folks will comment on, I guess. I know I'd rather hear somebody rip my stuff than not comment at all. Anyway, I'm there for ya, buddy! ...and thanks for the reviews of my stuff too.

Cheers man! To me, that's what the this place is all about - feedback and support.
I just wanted to clarify my tone though, cuz' without any "heh's" or "LOL's" it sounds like I'm a little bitch.
I thrive on the reviews I recieve at the DCG, so maybe I'm just a bit keen on hearing everyone's opinions. I personally try and review when I can for the sake of the artists but mostly I comment on the art the grabs my attention. Writing a full review for an update can be a massive job - and often enough I'm sure my work is not impressive enough to warrant any comments. Timing can be a factor in reviewage as well, and many DCGers are probably unable to return and view the art everyday or week, and possibly don't feel that a critique is relevent by the stage that they are viewing it.
Anyways, my point is that I understand the nature of the UIR beast - I just love getting comments on my art. And I appreciate those who give them. So again, thanks.
