Are you a C2F.com addict?

It occured to me the other day, I come to this place alot. I think I'm addicted. How about you guys? I usually log in at LEAST 4 times a day.

Oh, I've been a junkie for so many years, withdrawls would problably do me in...

It's not just how often you come either, it's how long you stay. Once upon a time, I just left the window open and constantly refreshed, so basically I was 'here' all day long.

And I had dial up back then! :P

I come here every hour if I'm at home. It's wierd but I don't think many members are still here. I see alot of guests around here but I just don't see alot of members. I think we need more members and I've tried to get more poeple to come here and join by putting it in my sigs on other boards. A lot of newbies just stick around here for a while but not alot stick forever.

When I'm at work I check the boards at least once an hour, more often when it's slow. Obviously I can't access the sites here that I would normally visit when I'm at home. I need to kill time by surfing "friendly sites" at work so that mostly means movie, music, and comic book sites. So yeah, I'm addicted, but my addiction is more a case of restriction than anything else.

Its gotten so bad for me that whenever I'm bored, I click the C2F Message Boards link on my address bar.

Whenever I get bored. Which is alot, and I usually try to comeback to here after a while and hope that a lot of people have posted stuff.

I've started going to myspace more often, though. I've even linked my page to here, too.

C2F has seriously spoiled me for other sites, just on the basis that for a site this size (and esp. back in the day when it was getting much more hits per day) it's really a friendly, laid back community. You notice not much fighting here, almost never flame wars (not allowed!), and a general sense of commraderie not found much online.

So when I even try to go hang out at most other websites, I just....get disgusted and homesick and run back here for my fix. I always attribute this to Robbo, for the tone he started this place with and maintained.

That man has some might good karma, and he uses his powers for good!

i come to C2F and the DCG pretty much every half hour or so when i'm home. I also check it before and after i leave for classes and stuff. It's pretty much one of the handful of sites i check whenever i turn on my laptop, the others being my email, my friend's webcomic, and myspace :)

Nah. I used to visit here much more often, but to be honest, it's just somewhere down on my favourites list these days. I check in whenever I remember to, but definitely not whenever there's a spare moment.

I checked the "every couple of days" box. Which, if you look at the amount of times that I've posted, you'd think that maybe I'm lying. But it's true! I've often thought in the past that I HAD become addicted to this site, so I began the process of "weaning myself off" of it. I'm hoping that I can be on here a reasonable amount of times in the course of a day/week.

Yeah, I guess I'm an adict now. I used to check this site out all the time back when I was in college from 1996-2000, but never registered or posted anything. Then I kind of got away from it for a while, but now that I've registered and begun posting, I check it out just about every day. Now, I'm here to stay. :D
