What I can't understand is if there are protests going on, and illegal immigrants are all gathered in one place......where the hell are the INS paddywagons?

Useless really there was a mix of Legal and illegal immigrants there who is gonna check 500,000 people for ID. Also What if I went to a rally and forgot my wallet If I got loaded into a INS paddywagon I would sue for racial discrimination or false arrest in a heartbeat.

And to the minutemen, Fuck patrolling the Boarder you racist scum if you really loved America you would be volunteering to rebuild the Gulf Coast. That has become the Fucking national disgrace, Not our broken borders.

2. Why do you think Katrina was a problem for the Gulf Coast? It's because it got through our loose borders! If the border was as tight as I would like, hurricanes wouldn't be able to get through. Air tight, baby. We need to protect our borders from all outside threats: illegal aliens, hurricanes, and bears. Bears are the most dangerous.

Stephen Colbert seems to have a psychological issue with bears. He seems to dwell on them often enough for me to consider that he might want to examine his feelings about bears.

Point of fact: That sentence is written in English. If you want to live it, live it in English. English is the only language that matters.

Also, we must destroy bears EVERYWHERE. They are the worst threat of all.

i couldn't have said it better. growing up on the eastern side of Washington state (near Yakima, all farm country on that side), i grew up and became friends with many mexicans. many of them were either first generation in the united states or had immigrated from mexico at a young age. so yeah, i'm a little biased on the subject but when you see it from that view, it opens your eyes to the problems in Central America. they're doing what they can to provide for the families. this country was based off immigration... we're a melting pot.

i understand the whole secure border thing for fear of terrorists using it but let's not confuse the issue with people trying to better their lives.
