The Sopranos star James Gandolfini was knocked off his scooter in New York City on Wednesday, after being hit by a taxi. Passers-by and other drivers stopped to help the 44-year-old actor but he was left unhurt, telling the Samaritans "I'm all right. I'm fine," reports the New York Daily News. Gandolfini's representative insists the star survived with just scratches, but his Vespa fared less well, and is being repaired.

Of all the money this guy makes, you'd think he'd drive something
far classier, upscale, or at best, COOL.
