Ok, here is the logic.

If, "it" isn't, then there is nothing there. If there is nothing there, then there is no "it," so "it" can't not be, otherwise there cannot be an "isn't." In order for there to be an "isn't," then "it" has to exist. If "it" exists, then, obviously, "IT" IS!

So, what you are actually saying here is that the negative "it," in other words, the "-it, as implied by the preceeding word "no," is fitting the definition and function of the word "isn't." Thus, if the [value=no, or negative] "it," "isn't," then what you are really saying is that "isn't" is not. If isn't is not, then what is left is "it is."

So, it is.
