Cool picture. I have to ask which character this is supposed to be? What program are you using? Who is the model?

Excellent manip! The colours and textures work well to created different and lifelike material. The accessories are also well-done.

You know... I don't remember the models name. Also... I do mostly designs of my own creation. I will occasionally do an actual character but not this one. I was using Photoshop 2.5 or 3. I don't recall... it was a long time ago. This image was done in 1994.
