I don't know how many of you heard, but Keith Richards from the Rolling Stones fell out of a tree and injured his head.
Stones deny Richards suffered brain damage (http://www.cnn.com/2006/SHOWBIZ/Music/05/10/people.richards.reut/index.html)
My question is: How the HELL could they tell?? You'd think 40+yrs of partying and rocking would give the impression of a near-catatonic state for old Keith.

what the hell was he doing in a tree at the age of 62? although he looks to be a hell of a lot older than that.

I was hoping those rubber bands in his hair would have caught something and acted as a bungee.

Did anyone else but me have a Buckaroo Banzai moment?

Well, they sure as hell couldn't tell from new effects on his speech.

This begs that age old question:
"If Keith Richards falls out of the tree and no one is there to hear it...does he make a sound?"

YES. He does indeed make a sound, but you wouldn't be able to understand the sound if you DID hear it so it really wouldn't matter.

If he did make I sound, I'd imagine it would have to be a kind of soft thump.

It's probably some sort of slurred mating call that only Ozzie and Bob Dylan can understand.
I'd love to have those three in a talk show. Ozzie, Keith and Bob in the mornings!
