Good drawing man. Cool characterisation and I can see where you were coming from with the balanced compositional idea. Your perspective and linework are pretty nice too. All you need to do to get over the issues with this pic is what I myself and several other DCGers need to do - study up and practice human anatomy and how it works. You have a very decent understanding of the shape of certain muscles and how they fit together - but there are others where you just need a little more knowledge. If you look at the rare occasions I've even had the balls personally to submit full-bodied character drawings, I clearly have several main anatomical problem areas I'm still slowly addressing myself, so that's all I can really advise. Check out the anatomy books - revise your understanding. Hope that helps you advance man. Again, good drawing Nightwing2303. Keep submitting.
