Yeah, I could see Craig as the original Flash... good choice of base image and a nice job on the Flash Shirt. The only thing is MSpaint...ugh! I have to admire anybody who can produce any sort of decent result with it (which you certainly have!) but it ends up looking like a real person wearing a cartoon shirt, a bit of a jarring effect.
