There's a nice sense of mood to this and overall it's a pretty good drawing too. A couple of things though... Bat's abdomen (and consequently, his pecs) seem to come up too high and Bat's hand which is dropping the flower... The thumb should be away from rather than next to the fingers when dropping a grasped object. Still, a darned nice job.
